We can design and make your own custom deck chair. This has proved to be popular for Bars, Cafes and Breweries. They even made an appearance at the Australian Open in 2020.
The deck chair is dyed on a 450gsm woven polyester canvas, a strong durable material so as not to tear or fray when pressure is applied.
Our deck chairs are dyed, not printed. This means the ink will not run onto clothes and is UV stable so will not fade even after years of sunlight. We use the fabriVU 340 for this job applying super HD images at 2440 dpi.
The dyed material is then joined to the wooden frame for the classic deck chair look.
