Banner and Billboard Printing

Big, bold and built to be seen

When you need your brand up in front of people, at scale and on time, banners and billboards are still some of the hardest working signage you can buy. Print media reaches people in the real world, on the street, at the venue, outside the store, exactly where your intended audience already is. And unlike a digital ad, a printed banner keeps working long after the scroll has moved on.

All Flags & Signs is a Western Australian signage company producing high impact banner and billboard printing from our factory in Maddington, servicing businesses across Perth, WA and beyond. Customers rely on us because everything from print through to finishing happens in house. That means tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and one production team that owns the job from artwork to installation.

Printed up to 5 metres wide with no joins

Most large banners are made by welding smaller panels together, and you can usually see the seams. Our grand format printing capability lets us print up to 5 metres wide in a single piece, with no joins. On a billboard skin or a building banner, that means cleaner graphics, stronger colour, and nothing to catch the eye except your message.

Whether it is a vinyl banner for a construction hoarding, a fabric banner for an event, or a full billboard replacement skin, we print it here in Perth on our own equipment, in full colour, at the size the job actually needs.

Choosing the right printing process

Not every printing process suits every job, and part of our expertise is matching the method to the result you are after. Offset printing suits high volume flat print like brochures and catalogues. Flexographic printing is typically used for product labels and packaging. Screen printing delivers bold, durable colours on large orders, while vinyl transfer and heat transfer printing use heat and pressure to apply designs to fabric, which makes them flexible options for smaller quantities and personalised items.

For banners and billboards, large format digital printing and dye sublimation are usually the right tools. Digital printing offers fast turnaround, sharp full colour results and easy updates, a genuine advantage for promotions and designs that change frequently. Dye sublimation bonds ink directly into fabric for rich, vibrant colour and high detail.

Not sure which way to go? Our production team is helpful, plain speaking and happy to recommend the process that fits your intended use and your budget.

Finishing that makes the difference

A banner is only as good as its finishing. Our specialist machinists finish every job in house, drawing on decades of textile experience. Specialty finishing techniques add durability and a professional final touch, which matters when a banner needs to survive months in the weather. Depending on the job, that might mean:

  • Reinforced hems and eyelets for secure fixing
  • Pole pockets for hanging from rails, poles or cross bars
  • Rope and tensioning options for fence and hoarding installs
  • Single or double sided finishes depending on placement

Tell us where the banner is going and we will recommend the right finish. If you are not sure what will work on your site, that is exactly the kind of conversation we like having.

Artwork support from our design team

Have a rough idea but no print ready files? Our design team can help. We offer art support to take your logos, images and message and turn them into artwork that is built correctly for large format printing, so the colour holds up and the graphics stay sharp at billboard scale.

If you already have finished artwork, we will check it over before printing to make sure everything is set up for the best possible result. Either way, the design process is straightforward and we keep you in the loop.
